It was only April that Mark, Pete and I went and saw Wilco at the Palais. Well, they’re coming back and normally I’d highly recommend seeing them – they’re a great live act. However, the gotcha is that they’re playing at the Metro.
Ah crap.
Someone should tell ‘em that the Metro is a terrible venue and they should play the Forum (or Palais, which suited them).
Actually, come to think of it, I haven’t actually seen a gig at the Metro.
But I’m sure being there would bring back too bad memories of going there in my late teens/early twenties for Goo on Saturday nights.
What a hole.
