Trader Joe’s Lasagne

1 package No Boil Lasana Noodles
1 tub Fresh Ricotta
2 jars Portobella Mushroom & Carmelized Onion Marinara
1 package Sliced Mushrooms
2 cans Sliced Black Olives
1 package Shredded Mozzarella
Shredded Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a 9″x13″ glass baking dish, line the bottom with a thin layer of sauce.
  3. Spread Ricotta on noodles and layer on top of sauce.
  4. Add a layer of mushrooms, then olives, then mozzarella.
  5. Spread on layer of sauce.
  6. Repeat steps 2-4 until you reach the top of the dish.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes
  9. Let cool.
  10. Enjoy!
Serves up to 12.
