Brett managed to wangle his way out of work on a Friday so we could head down to the town of Triberg im Scwarzwald.  Deep in the Black Forest, Triberg is a pretty, touristy town known for it’s waterfall (one of Germany’s largest) and cuckoo clocks.  Oh, and they’re pretty proud of their authentic black forest cake.

We managed to take some decent shots of the falls which were spectacular (and the main reason for our visit).

As well as the falls we wandered into some of the wood carvers stores and marvelled at their skill.  If I could have figured out how to bring a cuckoo clock home safely I may have done so!

Triberg was a gorgeous little town.  If you get the chance brave the tourist buses and head down there.

Glad we could go Brush!
